RETURN POLICY
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund (exclusions below) within 30 days of confirmed shipment (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees if applicable) . Shifters must be complete and unaltered, and include all original accessories, tools, hardware, and product packaging.
Exclusions:
CUSTOM ORDERS - Custom orders are NOT eligible for a full refund. Custom orders may include different colored enclosures, hardware, etc. that was requested by the customer. Refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
B-STOCK / BLEMISHED - B-Stock and blemished items are not eligible for return or refund once shipped.
DIY KITS - DIY kits are NOT eligible for return or refund once shipped.
DAMAGE OR ALTERATIONS - Any damage or alterations by the user will be subject to a restocking fee, and may be ineligible for refund.
How to initiate a return and/or refund:
Simply let us know via email or use our contact form to initiate a return or refund request. Please include your name and order number. No hassles, no run-around. We may ask the reason for your return to help improve the products moving forward.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned items, assuming no issues are found upon inspection.
